In response to a question, I revisited an old Yi Reading and fashioned a new interpretation by adding in William Horden’s I Ching Mathematics which yields Past and Future influence hexagrams. At the bottom of the page have embedded the updated PDF Reading. Basically, the answer is positive but more action on the States than the Federal level is called for.
